Cyril looks up at Sam and does slow down. Eventually, he pulls back completely, letting Sam's erection slide back out from his lips. He shifts his hand to stroke him almost lazily, not wanting to force Sam to lose all of his attention.

"Too close?" he asks after a moment. "We could start getting ready for a bit more."
