That mouth on his ear makes him arch his back and groan a bit. "Seems... that you've discovered a weakness of mine," he teases a bit. His voice is low and breathy. He sounds like all he wants to do is melt into the feeling of what Sam is doing to him. Having something in him while Sam teases his ear actually serves to drive him a little crazy and makes the process of getting him ready much easier.
"I'll have to trust you to keep it to yourself..."
