Cyril tilts his head a bit and then comes closer. "Don't be embrassed," he says gently. Then he puts his arm around Sam. "Taas is extremely attentive, gentle when you need, and rough when you need that instead. He cares way more about making sure you're having a good time, because that's the way he has a good time." He leans up and nuzzles against Sam a bit, trying to be reassuring.
"You should totally go for it. I would suggest sleeping with him at least once to pretty much anyone, but especially someone I care about and want to have a good time." Then he grins a bit and looks a little more wicked than reassuring. "Who knows, maybe I can watch."
Cyril is acting exactly how he had figured, being supportive about the entire thing, and even suggesting that he go for it. That plus the nuzzling is pretty reassuring. A little bit. At least up until Cyril gets that look and says... that. Yeah... he was expecting that, too, though it doesn't stop the redness in his cheeks from spreading.
"Honestly I'd probably feel better if you were there," he mutters, trying not to express that perhaps that had been the part he had been distracted by. He was fine relaying that he wanted to have sex with his lovers, but someone he wasn't with in such a way was a bit more awkward and odd for him to do.
As always, Sam's blush makes Cyril smile. He rubs Sam's back lightly. "You don't have to be embarrassed," he repeats. "There's nothing wrong with desiring to be with a talented and handsome man."
"Perhaps not, but the asking part isn't easy," he sighs, leaning into the rub, and perhaps angling his back a bit to silently direct where Cyril should move his hand - a habit he had picked up from when he was a dog. "How do you suggest I do that?"
"Go up to him," Cyril begin as he continued to rub Sam's back. "Let him know you're interested and ask if he'd be interested too." He says it as if it's the simplest thing to do.
"You make that sound awfully simple," he says with a sigh. "Is that what you did?" Honestly it is probably the prospect of the other party not being interested and then having to deal with a lingering awkwardness afterward. A complete stranger it wouldn't matter, but seeing as Taas was someone he enjoyed talking and drinking with it certainly was a worry.
"That's what I always do," Cyril points out. "Remember?" It had gone like that for them in Redcliffe. He really never saw the point to beat around the bush. If people weren't interested, they would say so and Cyril would leave them be.
"I could be there with you. I could even bring it up with him. We could do it during a sign lesson."
"I remember." Quite well. Now that Cyril brings it up- "What made you decide to talk to me?" If he recalls he hadn't been up in the tavern at that hour. Not that he's complaining, but just curious.
"A sign lesson?" It's been a while since he's had one, longer yet with Cyril present. "That's an idea."
"You're beautiful," Cyril replies to the question, as if that makes all of the sense in the world. "Little did I know you were also caring, sweet, compassionate, funny, and talented..."
Actually it did considering the first time they had met Cyril had expected it to just be a one night thing.
He's heard the compliments before, and as always there's a bit of red to his cheeks whenever Cyril praised him in such a way, but it does have him smiling. "As always you're a flatterer."
"Well, you certainly deserve a night with Taas if that's what you want." Cyril grins a bit, teasing Sam with what he asked while still being sincere. Taas was a good lover, just as Sam was. They would probably really enjoy each other.
"I'm learning," he says defensively, in a playful way, looking back and picking up the pieces he had before. "Remind me how these are put together again?" Alright, maybe he had been too distracted before and hadn't heard that part. He's usually a very good student.
Guess it would be best to get a lesson setup so Cyril could think about it less and witness it more.
