samahlWho: Cyril, Sera, and OPEN (Honestly, folks, if you know either of them assume you can come. If you know people who know either on them, assume you can come. If you want to say your character was just passing by and thought to crash the party, assume you can come. The more the merrier!)
When: Shortly after they got their new place.
What: House warming party! Please be aware of alcoholic drinks and the possibility of the night ending in one giant group prank - No seriously, it's them. I'm just saying, if you get pie on your face that's kind of the price of admission.
Where: Sera and Cyril's new house! Which is located at 7 Chicory Way.
Living Room
The house isn't very big so there isn't much to do to make it festive. They really didn't have anything by way of decoration, but Cyril is able to clean the place before guests arrive. Once they start filling in he tells people to make themselves at home. The place has a lot of mix matched furniture, mostly stuff it came with or that one of the pair found. And cushions. A lot of colorful and comfortable pillows dot the area. Honestly, the main living area reminds him a bit of the side room at Herald's Rest where he and Sera had spent time talking about a little bit of everything.
During the party, there's a radio that plays some music. Otherwise, the pair don't have much by way of technology. No TV or anything like that to speak of, though Cyril does have several packs of cards.
Kitchen/Food Table
By now, Cyril has a handle on the wide variety of foods here. He still has trouble with anything too processed, but he doesn't feel overwhelmed going to the store and finding anything he could desire. Growing up with his Clan, food came as you hunted or found it. Then, with the Inquisition it came from import agreements that Josephine had worked out with merchants. Now he could get as much as he wanted just by going to a different part of town. For the party he has some different food trays and some pizzas, which he finds he likes as long as they have hand tossed dough that isn't too greasy. There are drinks and other snacks too. Perhaps most importantly are the cookies - though they aren't the same recipe that Sera had been working on back home. These are more like City cookies than Inquisition cookies with brightly colored chocolate candies baked into them.

One of the reasons Cyril had wanted a house was for the idea of a backyard. As the weather is starting to heat up and the snow is turning into slush it's not like you can really feel grass under your feet just yet, but there is still a little porch for those who don't mind spending time outside, and a fire pit that can bring some warmth to those who want to sit out there.
Cyril enjoys it more than he can really admit without sounding too elfy. Still, he can't wait for spring.
